God’s Salvation Plan

Summarily, God’s Salvation Plan involves

(1) Each Individual Acknowledging that they have Sinned against God. Sin Means Disobedience against God’s Commandments at any point in a human’s life (Romans 3 Verse 23)

(2) Each Individual must Forsake /Repent/Renounce Sin and Sinful Life.

(3) Each Individual on a Personal Basis must Believe in their heart and confess (make a declaration) with their Mouth(Audible/Voice it Out) that

(A) They Believe God loves them, hence He (God) sent Jesus to the World to Sacrifice with His Life on the Cross when He (Jesus) Died, Was Buried and Resurrected to pay the Penalty of Sin of everybody in the World including theirs.

(B) They Ask God to Forgive them all their sins in Jesus Name.

(C) They invite Jesus Christ into their Heart and accept Jesus Christ into their Life as their Personal Lord and Saviour from Sin, Death, Hell, Satan, Poverty, Sickness, Demonic Oppression.

(D) They Ask God to fill them with the Holy Spirit Power to live a successful Christian Life as a New Believer /Disciple who has just dedicated or re dedicated their Life to God Through Our Lord Jesus Christ.

(E) Ask God to speedily make a way for you to get Baptised in Water by immersion and Holy Spirit Baptism as the Bible Teaches (Mark 16 verses 15 to17)

Thank You God for forgiving me all my Sins and Accepting Me as Your Child. In Jesus Name I Pray. (Amen)”.

Growing In Jesus (What Next After Salvation Prayer).

Growing in Jesus is essential for all Christians. When a Believer in Jesus Accepts Jesus as Lord and Saviour, he/she Becomes a Convert of Jesus Christs, which is often referred as New Believer of Christ. As the Believer in Jesus Christ Continues to obey God’s Word and grow in God’s Word to be a Disciple of Our Lord Jesus Christ, changes begins to happen in such lives, old bad habits continue to fall off such Disciple of Jesus Life. The Holy Spirit Continues to fill the Disciple of Jesus with Joy, Power, Victory, Success, Hope, Power to get wealth, protection, love for God and God’s Kingdom Advancement etc thus it is must for all Disciples of Jesus to continue to grow Spiritually, to Maturity in Jesus Christ which continues to the passing away from the Journey on earth or the Second Coming Of our Lord Jesus to take His Saints ( All Believers/Disciples of Jesus )out of this World to be with Him in His Heavenly Kingdom – This is Often referred to as the Rapture.

Congratulations to any individual who has sincerely from the depth of their heart truly repented/forsaken sinful life and have Prayed the Salvation Prayer to invite Jesus Into their life as their Lord and savior. The next Step is to

(1) Find A Good Bible Believing Church, where you need to regularly attend, so you can be nourished with teachings in God’s Word (the Bible) and enjoy fellowship with other Christian Believers of Jesus Christ.

(2) Inform the Pastor or Minister in Charge of the Bible Believing Church that you have Just Given your Life to Jesus. The Church Pastor/ Minister will arrange for teachings and Actual Baptism By Immersion in Water as the Bible states. (Matthew 28 verse 18 to 20, Mark 16 verse 14 to 20).

Jesus Our Lord said in Mark 16 verse 16 “ He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”

Benefits of Water Baptism.

(a) The Lord Jesus said anyone that believes (receives the Gospel Message of Salvation from God through Him) and is Baptized shall be saved and anyone that believes not shall be damned (The Bible New Testament Book of Mark 16 verses 15 to 16)

(b) Baptism allows Believers to identify with the Death, Burial and Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ. When a Believer is immersed in Water, this act identifies with the Death of Our Lord Jesus. As the Believer lies in the Water, it identifies with the Burial and as he comes out of the Water, it identifies with the Resurrection of Jesus from the Dead.

The New Testament Book of Romans 6 verse 3 to 4 says “ Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into His death: Therefore were buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life”

(3) Continue to Attend Church and Church Programmes, Bible Studies, Seminars, Lectures ,Conferences,  Prayer Meetings, Fasting Period, House Fellowships, Evangelism, Making Disciples Welfare Visiting, Serving in a Department in Church etc regularly, for speedy establishment in your new found Faith in Jesus Christ.

(4) Develop a daily Personal Habit of Spending time with God in Thanking Him/Prayer/Bible reading etc. Please see the Daily Devotion section for more details.

In NBC we encourage individuals to willingly connect or reconnect with God Hence, anyone who wants the help of God, and calls on the name of the Lord Jesus shall receive Salvation (Romans 10 verse 13). Whether you are making the first time ‘Yes Decision to accept Jesus’ or you have made ‘Yes Decision to Accept Jesus as Lord before now but have fallen back into sin (back slidded) , you can repent and say Yes to Jesus again(by rededicating your Life to Jesus, asking for forgivenesss and affirming the Lordship of Jesus in your Life)-resulting in a fresh start with Jesus.

The New Testament Book of 2 Corinthians Chapter 5 verse 17 of the Bible says ”Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new". In New Beginning Chapel (NBC), we encourage all to go all the way out to follow Our Lord Jesus and the Bible using the above section of the Bible we have referred to as  solid rock to stand on, not allowing the past mistake and sin, ( that has been confessed  to God, which God has forgiven such person who has  repented from such sin in Jesus name) to hold them from enjoying a present and future life full of God’s hope, plans that are Good and Predetermined to give God’s expected end, Based on the Bible Old Testament Book of Jeremiah 29 Verse 11.
